FROM THE 1ST FEB 2006, ALL WOOD PACKING INCLUDING PALLETS MUST BE TREATED AND CERTIFIED.

U.S Authorities will reject shipments and they will be returned, this cost will be borne by the shipper.
PBS Have a stock of plastic pallets/skids which are available, please contact us if you require some.

Temporary import of animals for shows etc.
If you are bringing an animal for a show or event, form C5 is not applicable, VAT must be paid on deposit. Please contact us and we will advise correct procedure. 

As from 1st April 2004 PBS are the official agent for pets travelling with Continental Airlines - please contact us for further information.

PBS have launched a new Courier service. This is a reliable, cost effective service designed for our customers who have small consignments and documents, should it be national or international.
