Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 / 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
Holiday: 20 days + 8 bank holidays

Role Overview
As a Pet Travel Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in arranging and managing the relocation of pets from the UK to international destinations. You will be the key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process and ensuring their pets travel safely and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotations, advice, and travel information to potential and current clients.
- Plan and coordinate pet relocations from start to finish.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
- Book flights with airlines and prepare required travel documentation.
- Liaise with third parties such as kennels, catteries, and veterinary practices.
- Ensure compliance with airline requirements and destination country regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards throughout the pet’s relocation journey.

- A genuine love for animals (owning pets is a plus)
Experience & Requirements:
- Previous experience in pet travel, freight, exports, or customs is advantageous; alternatively, a strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
- Office-based customer service experience
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Excel a plus)
- Strong English literacy, spelling, and grammar

Export Operations Coordinator
Location: Gatwick Office
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Export Operations Coordinator with a strong understanding of global export requirements. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple tasks, and is confident liaising with clients and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export jobs from start to finish via Air, Road, and Sea, ensuring regular client updates
- Maintain strong knowledge of export processes and customs requirements
- Advise clients on required documentation and procedures for various destinations
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies for compliance and documentation
- Communicate with airlines, hauliers, and shipping lines to obtain export rates and service options
- Liaise with overseas agents to manage door-to-door movements
- Prepare job quotations and respond to client inquiries by phone and email
- Handle export documentation including Carnets, EUR1, Certificates of Origin, and consular paperwork
- Manage Export Controls including licence applications and ITAR permits
- Apply for Transit Documents (T1) as required
- Book export courier shipments using multiple platforms
- Ability to be hands on with warehouse duties including packing, labelling and handling of freight.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the team
- Stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Invoicing completed export jobs accurately and in a timely manner

- Strong export knowledge across Air, Road & Sea, including customs processes
- Knowledge on Dangerous and Restricted goods processes
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure
- Willingness to be hands-on and take initiative
- A positive team player with the ability to work independently
- Full, clean UK driving licence
